Self-Service Registration & Queue Management System
Visitors check in at a self-service kiosk and join a live queue shown on broadcast screens. Staff serve visitors via the Control Pad, capturing service data and analytics for a smooth, trackable experience.
Interactive Wayfinding & Directory Kiosks
Interactive kiosks near elevators and key locations help visitors navigate the campus and quickly build routes to departments and meeting spaces.
Interactive Public Notices Video Wall
A three-screen interactive video wall provides public access to meeting agendas, enhanced with an ADA widget for inclusivity. Side screens display informational content, creating a more engaging experience.
Interactive Room Reservation Screens
Room reservation screens outside each conference room display real-time availability and meeting schedules. Users can book a room directly on the screen, with reservations instantly added to the calendar.
Printed History Wall
The large-scale printed history wall presents the county’s inspirational content, highlighting its vision, mission, and key community initiatives in a clear and engaging format.
Interactive Messaging Boards
Interactive kiosks provide access to FAQs, wayfinding, department contacts, and informational county videos. Placed across key areas of the facility, they keep visitors informed without relying on staff assistance.
Digital Dais Nameplates
Integrated into podiums, digital dais nameplates display speaker names in real time. All content is easily updated through the content management system.
