Tim created the [Ei] OS Technology Platform over 20 years ago and has led its continued development since. Andrei Ivanyk
Vice President of Client Solutions
Andrei Ivanyk is a dedicated and skilled professional serving as the VP of Client Solutions. His responsibilities include identifying and processing customer needs, proposing solutions, creating conditions for implementation, managing quality assurance processes to ensure all deployments meet the highest standards, and providing outstanding post-deployment customer support.
V. Alex Tsyfanski
Vice President of Engineering
Dr. Tsyfanski joined Evogence in 1999
and has since led all of the engineering development and design projects. He frequently conducts consulting, project management, process and workflow design, customer guidance and technical documentation oversight – ultimately being involved in all of the R&D product evolution activities. Dr. Tsyfanski earned his Master’s at the prestigious Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, continuing on to get his Ph.D at UCLA.
Dmitry Klebanov
Chief Operating Officer
With over 25 years of operations and logistics leadership experience, Dmitry joined Evogence in 2004 to lead product delivery and deployment. He spent more than a decade in the Russian Navy, rising
to Captain 2nd Rank on a nuclear ballistic submarine, before relocating to the United States in 2003. His background also includes leading investor-driven manufacturing projects and managing international sourcing across Eastern Europe and the Far East.
Evgheny Khodishchenko
Vice President of Hardware Product
Evgheny Khodishchenko has been with
the company since 2006, leading development strategy and day to day production of company’s innovative
[Ei] platform. Since joining Evogence, Evgheny has been engaged as an architect and engineer with the number
of [Ei] ecosystem products, working closely with individual product managers and their teams, to ensure balanced strategic development of every component of the platform. Evgheny holds Masters Degree in 1998 from Kyiv University of Civil Aviation.
Vladyslav Razenkov
Vice President of Software Product
Vladyslav leads Evogence’s software product strategy, driving the evolution
of the [Ei] product family with a focus on business intelligence solutions that transform data into actionable insights. Combining strategic oversight with hands-on involvement, Vladyslav collaborates closely with development, engineering, QA, and creative teams to guide products from concept through delivery, ensuring scalable, future-ready solutions for Evogence’s global deployments and enterprise clients.
