Our Approach
Evogence built on its previous work with the City of Frisco, bringing a strong understanding of the city’s branding and visitor experience expectations. The kiosks were strategically positioned for maximum visibility and designed to remain accessible and intuitive for all visitors.
What We Delivered
Interactive Lobby Kiosks
Two ADA-compliant kiosks were installed at key lobby points (one at the main entrance and another near the staircase corridor), providing immediate access to navigation and facility information.
Interactive Floor & Department Navigation
Visitors can select a floor to view an interactive map, then choose a department to highlight its location and display department hours and contact information.
City Hall Events Display
The kiosks display upcoming City Hall events at the bottom of the screen with simple left-right navigation between announcements.
Municipal Facilities Directory
An “Other Facilities” widget provides addresses and contact information for additional municipal facilities across the city.
